Hi!

I'm Lisa. I help people discover, create and refine spaces they love. Making places beautiful, and more functional has been a rooted passion of mine along with preserving the character & craftsmanship of old things.

My Story

I’ve been fascinated by homes of every age and style for as long as I can remember. Over the past decade, I’ve devoted myself to thoughtfully renovating and restoring my own 1840s home—repointing stone, repairing clapboard, painting, plastering, and refinishing furniture. Along the way, I rediscovered the deep satisfaction that comes from bringing something back to life using sustainable, traditional methods and materials. I’m honored that this work was recognized with a PACNY preservation award.

Before stepping into the world of real estate and interior design, my first career was in psychology—as a counselor and later an administrator. That background continues to shape how I work today. Curiosity, active listening, and an eye for nuance guide me as a color and design consultant, helping clients create homes that feel like them—not just spaces that photograph well.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside talented tradespeople and designers whose knowledge has greatly influenced my approach. After nearly 20 years of experimenting with color—sometimes boldly—I’ve developed a strong understanding of its transformative power, as well as why it can sometimes fall short. I bring both creativity and intention to every project, and I love being the person people call when they’re ready to reimagine their space. It’s a role I don’t take lightly—I’m grateful for the trust my clients place in me and for the opportunity to collaborate with them throughout the design process.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors, seeking out beautiful architecture and memorable meals, tackling home projects with my husband, or spending time in my garden.
